Eagles Law Firm was founded in 2003 by Attorney Roger Hughes.  It is located on 32nd Street at Arctic Avenue in Virginia Beach.  It is a general practice firm and accepts clients in any area except bankruptcy and criminal matters.  Attorney Hughes is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, therefore the firm tries to focus on Elder Law.  Attorney Hughes has more than 6 years of experience as an attorney and over thirty years in management in the US Navy and private sector before becoming an attorney. The Company has established and maintains a system to provide efficient legal assistance to its clients and keep cost down.  It has developed a large and loyal client base.  Many clients are referrals from previous clients and this “word of mouth” is the engine that keeps the clients coming.
